BurleXercise is a Dance Fitness class based on the sexy art form of Burlesque. The choreographed routines will not only be a great cardio workout but will be Fantastic for core strength and balance. Unlike the normal Burlesque class this is a casual class not run in a term base. This is a class for any women, any age, any fitness level! You will leave feeling strong and very sexy!!!
Combining all our dance fitness classes… Zumba, Hip Hop and Golden Oldies to create a high-intensity cardio workout. This class also incorporates many toning routines.
HIP HOP DANCE FITNESS
Using Hip Hop-style movements together with Hip Hop Music to create a fun and fresh dance fitness workout.
Using the fun, fantastic music of the ’60s, ’70s and ’80s, this class is for all ages. Getting the heart rate up and down for an amazing fat-burning workout.
Starting with all the basic steps and techniques from Beginners to Advanced. Ballet really works all core muscles to help tone and tighten the body and is fantastic for balance of the body and mind. For more experienced ballerina’s Pointe is also an option.
A feminine-style toning class set to current chart music. Focusing on workouts for the arms, abs, legs and bums.
Zumba classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. Exhilarating, effective and easy-to-follow, Zumba is a Latin-inspired, calorie-burning dance fitness party!
This class combines targeted body sculpting exercises and high energy cardio work with Latin-infused Zumba moves.
MUMS & BUBS
For Mummies wanting to lose a bit of baby weight but struggle to find somewhere they can take their little ones, this class is perfect! It will be a Mixed Cardio Class with Babies in prams so Mums can keep a close eye on them but still enjoy the Fun!
STRETCH & LIMBER
Working solely on flexibility this class will not only help with all other Dance Classes but also with everyday life and any injuries.
This 1/2 hour class is purely devoted to core strength and Tummy Toning.
A Contemporary Class for adults wanting to learn this beautiful art form of dance and movement. We will learn basics movements/steps followed by a choreographed Contemporary routine.
